BASE: NATURAL SOY WAX, SHEA BUTTER/WAX, SWEET ALMOND OIL, GRAPE SEED OIL, COCOA BUTTER, BODY SAFE PIGMENTS

• Establish communication: Discuss boundaries, consent, and a clear safe word with your partner before beginning any session.

• Prepare the wick: Trim the candle wick to approximately 5 mm before lighting to prevent excessive smoke, soot, and dangerous sputtering.

• Allow time to melt: Let the candle burn for about 20 minutes (or more) before pouring to ensure a proper, even melt pool and to allow the liquid wax temperature to stabilize.

• Perform a patch test: Always test the temperature and the skin's reaction by pouring a small amount of wax onto a less sensitive, fleshy, and hair-free area (such as the outer forearm or back of the hand) prior to a full session.

• Maintain distance: Keep a recommended pour distance none less than 50 cm.

• Choose safe placement: Start by applying wax on less sensitive, fleshy, and hair-free areas such as the upper back, shoulders, or outer thighs.

• Place: It is recommended to lay down a waterproof or easily replaceable cover, such as a drop cloth, blanket, or sheet that you don't mind getting stained or ruined by wax. Never wash a wax-covered cover in a washing machine, as the melted wax can clog the plumbing and ruin your machine.

• Avoid vulnerable areas: Keep hot wax strictly away from the eyes, face, ears, broken skin, and sensitive mucous membranes.

• Remove safely: Allow the wax to cool and harden completely on the skin before attempting to peel or flake it off gently. Never force or rip it off if it is still warm or stuck to fine body hair.

• Practice general fire safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep flammable objects away, and extinguish the flame before the wax level gets too low to prevent the container from overheating and cracking.
